在国际贸易过程中，有时候由于各种原因，合同可能会被作废。为了有效地与海外客户沟通这一问题，我们需要掌握一些关于合同作废的英语表达方式。本文将结合以下常用词汇和句子，探讨如何用英语与海外客户商谈合同作废的问题。

当无法保证交货期限时，我们可以表示取消合同的意向：“We regret to say that unless you are able to give us an assurance of delivery within the next two weeks, we shall be obliged to cancel the contract.（我方很遗憾地告诉贵方，如果贵方不能够保证在下两周内发货的话，我们将不得不解除合同。）”。
